Job Overview

Join the newly formed NHS Humber Health Partnership as a Bank Sonographer. You will deliver patient‑focused ultrasound services across three hospital sites and community diagnostic centres, using dedicated GE ultrasound machines in Obstetrics, General Medicine and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scan abdominal, gynaecology, obstetrics, small parts, musculo‑skeletal and vascular examinations independently.
  • Report all studies performed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists for complex cases and seek guidance when required.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and professional practice within the Trusts.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or postgraduate diploma in Medical Ultrasound (full UK registration).
  • At least 1 year of practical ultrasound experience in an NHS department.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Musculo‑skeletal or additional vascular qualification is an advantage.
