Location: Farnham Road Hospital, UK
Specialism: Adults Eating Disorder
Rate: £28.00 per hour
Contract Duration: November – February
Shifts: 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday (remote working option on Wednesdays)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Adults Eating Disorder Daycare Team at Farnham Road Hospital. Key Responsibilities

Provide specialised support and care to adults with eating disorders in a daycare setting.

Deliver meal support to patients, ensuring adherence to personalised treatment plans.

Maintain accurate patient records using SystmOne and coordinate care efficiently.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver personalised care plans.

Requirements
