Job summary

COBS Bread in Calgary is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. You will work with a small team, deliver friendly customer service, and help regular customers have a great experience.

No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth including COBS Bread Sales Training and E-Learning. You’ll also assist with merchandising, store cleanliness, and basic production tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus with ability to multitask.
• Experience handling cash, credit, and debit transactions preferred.
• Retail experience is an asset.
• Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable team player who enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
• Merchandise products and assist with marketing campaigns.
• Keep the bakery clean and support production as needed.
