Wonderbrands in Sudbury, ON is seeking a Production & Materials Planner to coordinate bakery production schedules, monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

The role partners with the central planning team, supports PPW visibility, and ensures accurate FG and material reporting. SAP experience and a materials/operations background are valued.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a collaborative startup culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Materials Management, Business, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of inventory planning fundamentals.
• Experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule bakery production based on guidelines from the central planning team.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across materials and finished goods.
• Resolve system discrepancies and ensure accurate production reporting.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support planning.
• Escalate chronic issues and material discrepancies to the Central planning team.
• Support PPW visibility generated from the bakery.
• Ensure FG production numbers are entered accurately and escalate anomalies.
• Backup Production Planner during vacations.
• Other duties as assigned.
