Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, in Manitoba’s Steinbach area, seeks Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure products are available to support the Community’s needs.

A team player with attention to detail, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with inventory, promotions, and health and safety standards while contributing to a collaborative store culture.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

• Setup company-directed promotions and programs

• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
