Real Canadian Superstore is hiring Store Team Members across Canada to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining attractive displays. The role emphasizes friendly conversation and product knowledge to help customers live life well.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. Flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, make this a dynamic entry

What you'll do

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
