Job summary

Loblaw is hiring Store Team Members for Your Independent Grocer locations across Canada. You will help ensure shelves are stocked, assist customers, and contribute to promotions while maintaining neat, compliant departments.

No prior experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. You can expect a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and mobility throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
