Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to help deliver a positive in-store shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked and assisting customers. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success in a unionized role with competitive hourly pay.

You will work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, and may lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to move up to 50 lbs and stand/move for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
