Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore, part of Loblaw, is seeking Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by stocking shelves and serving customers. You’ll participate in promotions and maintain product displays to meet customer needs and company standards.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends, with lifting up to 50 lbs, and a unionized posting with an established pay range.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs; assist with ordering.
• Set up company-promoted promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
