Longo's is seeking a Bakery Assistant Department Manager - Full Time to lead and assist the bakery team. You will help ensure daily operations run smoothly, mentor Team Members, and support the Bakery Manager in achieving service standards and product quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a bakery setting, decorating skills, and strong customer-service abilities. The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is your opportunity to advance your career in a leadership role. As the Assistant Bakery Department Manager, you will assist the Bakery Manager to ensure that the department is prepared for daily operations.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a store retail environment
• Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends
