Job summary

Your Independent Grocer, part of Loblaw, is seeking a friendly Baker to join our bakery team in Alberta. You will assist customers, prepare and label bakery items, and help maintain appealing displays. No previous experience required; training is provided to help you succeed.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, is needed. You will lift up to 50 lbs and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming in-store experience for our customers.

About the role

Whether we are planning a picnic, family dinner or just have an appetite for something from the bakery we will find a Baker to provide a memorable experience and personal touch to our in-store shopping experience.
As Baker's, we directly serve customers like ourselves by taking orders and accurately labeling products. We provide friendly service by answering customer questions and sharing our knowledge and experience. We want to show you how it is done and have you help us improve and build an even better in-store experience. We'd love to hear from you.
