Job summary

No Frills in Canada is seeking Bakers to provide a memorable in-store experience, serving customers, labeling products accurately, and answering questions with knowledge and a friendly, personal touch.

You will work across departments, adapt to flexible hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided, and we emphasize customer service, teamwork, safety, and a welcoming culture aligned with Live Life Well.

As Bakers, we directly serve customers like ourselves by taking orders and accurately labeling products. We provide friendly service by answering customer questions and sharing our knowledge and experience. We want to show you how it is done and have you help us improve and build an even better in-store experience. We'd love to hear from you.
