Job summary

COBS Bread in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our early-morning team. The role starts at 3:00 AM and focuses on baking breads and related goods from scratch while maintaining high quality and consistency.

You will work closely with teammates to keep the bakery clean, organized, and efficient, and you’ll help manage ingredients and equipment. Training supports growth through our development programs and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous baking experience is an asset, but on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to begin work early in the morning, starting at 3:00 AM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation to the bakery due to early start times.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
