Job summary

Tim Hortons in Vancouver seeks a dedicated Baker on the production team to craft high-quality bakery items and support guest service when needed. You will follow Tim Hortons standards, maintain a clean workspace, and help minimize waste while ensuring freshness and consistency across batches.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll multi-task, communicate clearly with coworkers, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prepare and bake high-quality Tim Hortons products.
• Follow recipes, portioning guides, and production schedules.
• Maintain strict food safety practices and keep work area clean.
• Monitor baking processes including dough/proofing and timing.
• Available for full-time or part-time shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

• Maintain clean, sanitized work area and practice food safety.
• Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers) safely.
• Support fast-paced shifts by multitasking across prep, production and finishing tasks.
• Rotate ingredients using FIFO to reduce waste and maintain freshness.

As a Baker on the production team, your first priority is guest satisfaction. You take pride in preparing high-quality bakery and menu items that guests know and love. You may also help support guest service when needed, and you respond to special requests with a friendly, respectful attitude.

You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines to ensure every item is made with care. You help maintain a clean, organized workspace through regular cleanup, keep your work area neat and professional, work to minimize food waste, and support freshness and quality in every product you prepare.

In a fast-paced environment, your energy and dedication help keep the team moving. Your ability to multi-task and communicate clearly with coworkers supports smooth production and a great guest experience—every shift.

Maintain accurate stock levels and rotate ingredients using FIFO to reduce waste

Work with a team mindset and communicate clearly during busy rushes

Adhere to all company policies, quality expectations, and legal compliance requirements

Be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
