Job summary

Tim Hortons restaurant in Ontario is seeking a friendly Production Team Member focused on guest satisfaction. You will help prepare quality finished bakery or menu items, assist in serving guests, and respond to special requests in a warm, efficient manner.

You will follow Tim Hortons standards and maintain a clean, safe workspace, lift up to 25 lbs, and work well with teammates in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
• Friendly and outgoing

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality finished bakery or menu items
• Assist in serving guests when needed

You follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment. You support a clean environment through regular clean up; maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance to our company policy, minimize food waste and maintain freshness of products. Your energy and passion for guest service are what make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment while your ability to multi-task and communicate with your fellow team members will contribute to your success.
