Job summary

Tim Hortons in Madoc, Ontario is seeking a friendly Team Member to support guest satisfaction in a fast-paced quick-service environment. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare items, and help maintain cleanliness while multitasking and communicating with the team.

Previous experience in customer service is preferred; ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required; growth opportunities exist in training and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with order taking, food preparation and keeping a clean work area.
