Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Team Member to help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced bakery and coffee environment. You may be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring friendly service and accurate orders.

As part of the team, you will multi-task across stations, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. There are growth paths into Trainer, Supervisor, and other leadership roles for high performers.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and create exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.
• Serve guests, take orders, and assist with bakery items as needed.
• Multi-task and communicate effectively with fellow team members.
• Potential growth opportunities as a Trainer, Supervisor or other leadership positions.
