Job summary

Tim Hortons in Alberta is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, assist with bakery items, and support the team to ensure friendly, efficient service.

With a focus on guest satisfaction, there may be opportunities for growth into Trainer or Supervisor roles. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are valued at this location in Calgary.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Experience in quick service is an asset.
• Friendly and outgoing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest satisfaction and welcoming service in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.
• Greet guests, take or assist with orders, and help with bakery item prep.
• Support team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members and assist with training growth opportunities when applicable.
