All new-to-workforce grads are enrolled in our 18-month Graduate Development Program, participants complete a series of work initiatives and assignments in their educational discipline—engineering, data analytics, finance, human resources, business development, or related fields—while receiving continuous mentorship from subject-matter experts and senior leaders.

Main Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

  • Post Secondary degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program) in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-based environments and to manage multiple priorities.
  • Permanent eligibility to work in Canada. (Candidates requiring a work permit must clearly indicate their status)
