Qualifications

  • Past experience as a delivery driver an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate throughout the GTA.
  • Flexible start and end times to accommodate the needs of our customers.

  • Willingness to learn new materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with shipping and receiving materials for the shop.
  • Accurately update the inventory management system with details of the received items.
  • Pickup and delivery of materials to job sites.
  • Picking orders for road staff.
  • Assist in maintenance/repair for tools.
  • Assisting with job site clean offs and set ups.
  • Maintaining shop cleanliness.

The Back Shop Assistant is motivated organized flexible and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Task & Responsibilities
  • Assist with shipping and receiving materials for the shop
  • Accurately update the inventory management system with details of the received items including quantity location and any other relevant information
  • Pickup and delivery of materials to job sites for various divisions within CFLS
  • Picking orders for road staff
  • Picking up and delivering tools from job sites
  • Assist in maintenance / repair for tools
  • Assisting with job site clean offs and set ups
  • Assisting Facilities Coordinator with various tasks as needed
  • Maintaining shop cleanliness
  • Assisting with other shop services when required
Qualifications
