Acclivity is now seeking a PR professional to help elevate client voices, craft meaningful narratives, and secure placements in top‑tier media outlets.

What the Role Involves
  • Drive Media Strategy: Lead end‑to‑end PR planning for 4–7 B2B clients, from positioning to outreach to measurement.
  • Craft & Place Stories: Write press releases, pitches, and bylined articles that make complex technical concepts accessible and compelling.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain media, analyst, and influencer relationships across industries like manufacturing, cybersecurity, clean energy, and emerging tech.
  • Earned Media Wins: Secure placements in trade publications, business outlets, podcasts, and niche communities to enhance credibility and visibility.
  • Support Funding & Milestone PR: Lead PR strategy for funding announcements, product launches, executive appointments, and major partnerships.
  • Executive Positioning: Collaborate with client executives on thought leadership content, including op‑eds, speaking opportunities, and awards submissions.
  • Integrate with ABM & Content: Align PR activities with ABM campaigns, content marketing, and social activation to maximize amplification and lead generation.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Guide clients through sensitive situations with clear, confident communications that protect brand trust.
  • Measure & Optimize: Report on media coverage, share of voice, and ROI, refining strategies for stronger results.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor trends in media, analyst relations, AI‑driven discoverability, link building, and digital PR.
What the Candidate Will Bring
  • 4–7 years of PR, media relations, or communications experience, preferably in B2B or agency settings.
  • Proven success securing earned media in trade and business publications.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging stories.
  • Strong pitching and relationship‑building skills with journalists, editors, and influencers.
  • Familiarity with media tools such as Cision, Muck Rack, HARO, Source Bottle, Qwoted, or equivalents.
  • Experience aligning PR with content, ABM, and social campaigns.
  • Confident client‑facing communicator who can present strategies and manage executive relationships.
  • Organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
