Job summary

FLINT Corp. is seeking Journeyperson B-Pressure Hand Welders at our Sherwood Park, AB site to help build and maintain critical infrastructure while advancing your welding career. You’ll join a team that values precision, safety, and teamwork in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will work a Monday to Thursday schedule with 10-hour days and benefits after 300+ hours worked. The role requires 3+ years in fabrication and the appropriate welding tickets and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction or fabrication setting.
• Meet safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020, WHMIS.
• Must hold B-Pressure welding tickets: B-Pressure, Class-A, CWB, FCAW/MCAW.
• English proficiency and reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year abstract.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Must have own reliable transportation to site.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
