Job description

Why Keyrus, Why Now!

Why Keyrus, Why Now!Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work — designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.
AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills—you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, and every deployment that compounds on the last.
Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision‑making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.
Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.
Location: Hybrid – Toronto or Montreal, Canada (2 days per week at the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

What You'll Architect

As an Azure Integration Developer, you will building and evolving in a modern interoperability platform that connects enterprise systems through a governed, scalable, and secure integration architecture. You have the chance to replace complex legacy point-to-point integrations with standardized, maintainable, and reliable integration services that enable business continuity and operational efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps (Standard) to orchestrate reliable and scalable data exchanges across business-critical systems.
  • Build custom business logic and data transformation services using Azure Functions (C# and/or Python) to address complex integration requirements and specialized processing scenarios.
  • Implement resilient messaging architectures utilizing Azure Service Bus, including retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues, and error-recovery strategies.
  • Integrate with enterprise platforms through APIs and connectors, including Workday, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft Graph, external partner systems, and SFTP-based integrations.
  • Develop and govern APIs through Azure API Management, ensuring security, scalability, and lifecycle management best practices.
  • Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, managed identities, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
  • Build observability and monitoring capabilities through Azure Monitor and Application Insights, ensuring end-to-end visibility and proactive incident response.
  • Execute integration testing, validation, and migration activities, including parallel-run and cutover strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy environments.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, technical runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials to support operational excellence and client enablement.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You think like a consultant, balancing technical excellence with practical business outcomes and client value.
  • You proactively identify integration risks, operational bottlenecks, and architectural improvements before they impact delivery.
  • You communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision‑making.
  • You take ownership of solution quality from design through deployment, support, and knowledge transfer.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering effectively with architects, project managers, client teams, and business stakeholders.
  • You approach complex integration challenges with curiosity, analytical thinking, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • You understand the broader business processes behind the systems you integrate and make design decisions with enterprise impact in mind.
  • You continuously expand your knowledge of cloud integration technologies, emerging Azure capabilities, and industry best practices.
