Trans4 Group Ltd. is urgently seeking experienced Cross-Border AZ Team Drivers to haul refrigerated and food-grade freight across Canada and the U.S. This full-time, permanent role offers miles-based pay with top mileage rates and sign-on bonuses, plus year-round work and 24/7 dispatch support.

Ideal candidates hold a valid AZ license with at least 2 years of AZ experience (U.S. experience included), a clean driving record, and strong time management and communication skills.

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable AZ experience (including U.S. experience).

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers for food-grade & refrigerated freight.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Secure cargo safely and follow food safety protocols.
• Maintain ELD logs and delivery records.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Follow all safety laws and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing safety and training programs.
