Manitoulin Transport is seeking an AZ-licensed driver for a night-linehaul route starting in Fort Frances. The role runs Sunday to Thursday with a 17:30 start, delivering to Thunder Bay and returning, with unloading duties at the Fort Frances end.

A forklift operation is required, with in-house certification provided. Safety, timely delivery, and compliance with regulations are emphasized throughout the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The driver will be covering a NightLinehaul run that starts in Fort Franceson Sunday through Thursdaywith a 17:30start, travelling to Thunder Bay, switching trailers, and returning to Fort Frances. The driver will unload freight afterreturning.
• Will be required to operate a forklift. In-housecertification will be provided.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to designated destinations.
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all applicable transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer.
