Qualifications

• 5–7 years in an Application Support role within a Digital or IT environment.
• 2+ years managing infrastructure and applications hosted in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot various web applications in Digital portfolio.
• Deploy, administer, and support cloud services (primarily AWS).
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve application and server issues.
• Participate in project delivery and operational readiness.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Manage software patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Build automation and self-healing mechanisms for recovery.
• Develop and maintain scripts and tools for support.
• Create and maintain technical support documentation.
• Monitor applications, build dashboards for availability.
• Provide after-hours on-call support.
