Job summary

Quantum World Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced AWS Data Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure data architectures on AWS. You will lead the creation of modern data platforms and drive cloud data transformation across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and hands-on use of AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, Athena, Python, and PySpark, with strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Data Platforms.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AWS data services.
• Experience with large-scale data migration and cloud modernization.

We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architecture solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud data platforms, data engineering, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and big data technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise data architecture, building modern data platforms, and leading cloud data transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Cloud Data Platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS data services.
• Extensive experience with AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, and Athena.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience with large-scale data migration and cloud modernization projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise environments.
