Salary

$53,000 – $64,000

Role Overview

You will support the executive team, including the CEO Mandy Farmer, and manage day‑to‑day office needs at Rebel Base. Core responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, record‑keeping, office environment oversight, and running errands. A high degree of confidentiality is required.

First 3 Months
  • Learn Rebel Base inventory processes with the Manager of Executive Operations.
  • Understand CEO needs and expectations.
  • Develop support plan with manager and CEO.
  • Assist Care Bears with travel, event booking, and expenses.
  • Familiarize with Microsoft Office scheduling tools and suggest workflow improvements.
  • Organize first Rebel Base event (lunch, games, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Finance on expense and invoicing processes.
First 12 Months
  • Build trusting relationships with stakeholders (Care Bears, Directors).
  • Manage multiple events at Rebel Base.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all employees.
  • Own Rebel Base operations fully.
  • Manage internal calendars for organization planning cycles.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and personal support for the CEO and Care Bears.
  • Develop efficiencies and new processes.
  • Support flagship events such as Culture Fest with the Manager of Executive Operations.
Location & Travel

In‑office required 5 days a week with occasional travel.

Interview Process
  • First interview: 30‑minute meeting with HRBP Laura.
  • Second interview: 60‑minute session with VP of People & Culture Noah and Manager of Executive Operations Morgan.
  • Third interview: 60‑minute meeting with President Chris.
  • Meet & Greet: 45‑minute discussion with CEO Mandy.
  • Offer stage: Celebration and onboarding.
