Job summary

Trillium Health Partners in Canada seeks an Associate Vice-President, Epic Connect THP/HH to lead due diligence, planning and a potential shared Epic environment. The AVP will drive governance, roadmaps, budgets and stakeholder engagement across THP and HH, reporting to executive sponsors and boards.

The role requires extensive health leadership experience, Epic/Connect expertise and the ability to coordinate two organizations through a complex digital transformation, with a 24‑month temporary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Epic implementation/Connect experience strongly preferred.
• Strong governance, vendor relationships and multi-stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence and planning, roadmap and governance across streams.
• Report progress, risks and recommendations to CEOs and Boards.
• Coordinate THP and HH collaboration and transition to implementation if approved.
• Ensure clinical transformation is aligned with digital strategy and operations.
