We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced AVP, Engineering to lead our team at League. This role demands a unique combination of technical depth, strategic leadership, and a customer‑centric mindset. As our AVP, Engineering within our Apps & Solutions team, you will be responsible for the overall technical direction and delivery of our client solutions, ensuring our teams are building and shipping high‑quality output efficiently.
Compensation range for Canada applicants only: $206,000 - $268,500 CAD

We have a mix of office‑centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote‑eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or the US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto‑area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in‑office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 flexible remote days each quarter for focus and deep‑work time.
