Job summary

Cargojet, Canada’s leading overnight air cargo provider, is seeking a Repair Lifecycle Coordinator to manage repair, overhaul, and quotation of tooling and rotable components. You will monitor cycles, coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and ensure timely vendor communications.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and aviation MRO systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet critical recovery timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in repair life cycle coordination or similar roles.
• Experience with rotable components is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair, overhaul, calibration, and quotation of tooling and rotable components across the network.
• Track parts through repair lifecycle and maintain status communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to repair turnaround time and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely returns of cores/loaners and manage urgent AOG shipments.
