Job summary

4657 Nunavut LTD. o/a Frobisher Bay Touchdown Services is seeking a Janitorial Services Manager (Cabin Services Operations) at Iqaluit International Airport.

You will lead grooming and cleaning teams, ensure high hygiene standards, coordinate with flight schedules, and train staff for all grooming and commissary tasks. The role requires at least 3 years in cleaning services with supervisory experience, valid RAIC/AVOP clearance or ability to obtain, and a Class 5 driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of secondary education is required.
• Experience: At least 3 years of cleaning services experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• RAIC/AVOP clearance from a Canadian airport or ability to obtain within first month of employment.
• Driver’s license class 5 is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage grooming activities and staff.
• Monitor daily cleaning of aircraft interiors (JET/ATR) including cabins, cockpit, galley, lavatories, and crew rest areas.
• Manage commissary activities and staff.
• Adhere to aviation hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor airline schedules and adjust to delays or changes, including cleaning multiple aircraft.
• Provide training and supervise staff; maintain training records.
