Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving with a clean record.
• Comfortable driving Autonomous Vehicles and lifting 30 lbs.
• Ability to document daily summaries and stay organized.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety at all times and maintain high standards inside and outside the vehicle.
• Demonstrate situational awareness and adapt to changing environments.
• Conduct data collection for engineering teams using proprietary software and hardware.
• Communicate across channels and contribute to team knowledge.
• Work independently with good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with team members and the public.
• Mentor and train other operators, showing leadership.
• Maintain and organize operational documents and distribute them timely.
