This role presents the chance to help shape advanced robotics systems capable of operating autonomously in real-world, dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven perception models, including object detection, SLAM, and sensor fusion systems.
- Develop predictive motion algorithms and dynamic obstacle tracking for autonomous path planning.
- Build and optimize decision-making frameworks to power real-time robotic autonomy and control.
- Integrate ML and AI models with robotic platforms using middleware such as ROS / ROS2.
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to deploy scalable solutions in real-world environments.
- Test and validate system performance through offline simulations and real-time on-platform evaluations.
- Tune model efficiency for edge computing environments using platforms such as NVIDIA Jetson.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in robotics or machine learning applications, whether academic or commercial.
- Strong Python skills and fluency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Proficient with robotic systems tools including ROS / ROS2, Gazebo, and real-time embedded environments.
- Solid grounding in algorithms for perception, planning, control, and multi-sensor data processing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with autonomous ground robots or robotic arms.
- Background in C++, edge computing, or embedded system integration.
- Expertise in SLAM, sensor calibration, or multi-agent robotic coordination.
- Previous contributions to production‑level robotics projects or peer‑reviewed research.
