Job summary

MEDA Engineering and Technical Services, LLC in Windsor, Ontario invites an experienced System Simulation Engineer to join our automotive team. The role focuses on thermal management systems—air conditioning, engine, battery, and cabin cooling—primarily using 1D simulation tools.

You will independently perform 1D and coupled 1D–3D simulations, manage data acquisition, analysis, and reporting, and work closely with system engineers to deliver simulation-driven design improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with thermo-fluid focus.
• 2+ years using 1D simulation tools for flow and thermal analysis.
• 2+ years in applied CFD with ANSA/STAR-CCM+/TAITherm.
• Strong fundamentals in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute 1D and coupled 1D–3D simulations from data acquisition to analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with system engineers to provide simulation-driven insights and design recommendations.
