Job summary

TSMG Holding in Calgary, Alberta, seeks experienced drivers for automotive and autonomous vehicle testing across Canada. You will monitor vehicle performance, document observations, and adhere to safety procedures during tests.

The role involves long hours of driving, travel to the United States for training, rotating shifts, and strong attention to detail. Training is provided, and there is ongoing support and development within a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided).
• Good command of English.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends).
• Comfortable with long periods of driving and focus.
• Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and safe driving habits.

It requires precise execution of test procedures, adherence to strict safety standards, and active participation in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems.
