Job summary

White Rock Volkswagen is seeking a Journeyperson Technician to join a modern, well‑equipped shop in BC. You’ll diagnose, repair, and service vehicles with a focus on quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety, supported by a strong team and manufacturer training.

This role offers a flat-rate compensation of $40–$45 per hour, a 4‑day work week option, paid training, tool and boot allowance, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Perform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Follow Volkswagen repair procedures and warranty guidelines.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support a customer-first service experience through consistent, quality workmanship.
