Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking an Automotive Apprentice Service Technician in Mississauga to join our reconditioning facility. You will inspect, coordinate repairs, track progress, and help keep workflows efficient and organized.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician, strong organizational skills, and a valid G2 license. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and day-one health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive program background is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and professional communication.
• Valid driver’s license (minimum G2).
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be able to commute to Mississauga.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review repair and maintenance needs for vehicles in the reconditioning facility.
• Coordinate minor repairs and preventative maintenance with the mechanic team.
• Track repair schedules, updates, and documentation in internal systems.
• Communicate with management and team members regarding repair status.
• Support high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized records of repair and maintenance activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between repair estimates, progress, and standards.
