  • Compliance & Lender Relations : Ensure all financial and legal requirements are met while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Employee Recruitment & Management : Recruit, manage, and lead your own team.
  • ESA Compliance : Ensure adherence to the Employment Standards Act (ESA) for smooth operations.
