Who We’re Looking For
  • Passionate about sales, digital retail, and customer service
  • 2+ years experience in automotive sales management
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and lead conversion strategies
  • Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver's license a clean abstract.
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships virtually and in-person
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Compensation: $78,000 - $152,000 (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like
  • Digital Sales Growth: Drive online sales initiatives, optimize digital retail processes, and manage lead conversion strategies
  • Performance Monitoring and Coaching: Monitor and analyze Sales Consultant performance, train and coach the sales team to meet online sales targets.
  • Sales Support: Assist Sales Consultants with closing deals and handling customer inquiries
  • Customer Interaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings by managing virtual and in-store customer issues and escalations effectively.
  • Inventory and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available inventory, product knowledge, finance options, and digital retail trends.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Measure and report online sales metrics, monitor actual performance against plans.
