What We Offer:
  • Compensation:

    This is a Salary + Bonus position. Estimated Total Annual Earnings are $62,000 to $130,000 - Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, and the estimated annual Bonus ranges from $12,000 - 75,000 annually (Bonus range is based upon performance).

As a Sales Manager at Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill your duties would include:
  • Desking deals
  • Follow-up of non-sold customers
  • Managing leads
  • Sales activity reports
  • Inventory audits
  • Appraising and pricing trade-ins and other used vehicles
  • Manage the merchandising process
  • Online Showroom management
  • Training and development of sales staff
  • Championing the Customer Satisfaction Process
  • Overseeing the Pre-Owned and New Sales department processes
