UAP inc. is seeking an in-store team member to be the face and voice of our NAPA store. You will help customers with parts and accessories, answer questions, and provide recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Diploma in automotive parts sales and/or automotive parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers, in person and over the phone, on vehicle parts and accessories.
• Place orders and follow-up with customers as needed.
• Provide product expertise and relevant parts recommendations as required.
• Create and maintain customer relationships.
