Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working in a financial institution and/or in an automotive financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer and contract information.
• Audits all documentation for completeness and compliance to Legal and VCCI guidelines.
• Contact dealers with identified discrepancies in file.
• Contact dealers for missing, incomplete or incorrect information.
• Analyze contract structure for proper dealer reserve payment.
• Generate accurate payment to dealers.
• Assist with questions from our dealers and customers.
• Verify faxed contracts from Dealers.
• Follow up on pending contracts.
