Job summary

Wipro Limited, a global technology services company, is seeking an experienced BSP/bootloader engineer in Ottawa. The role focuses on designing and implementing BSP features within a collaborative software project and developing secure boot capabilities.

You will create design documents, participate in reviews, and assist with product verification, debugging and testing across multiple teams and vendors. Strong embedded C/C++ skills and ARM expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have BSP design experience and bootloader development.
• Must have hands-on C/C++ and assembly with embedded OS know-how.
• Experience with debugging tools and driver development is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BSP features as part of a team project.
• Design and implement secure boot features.
• Create software design documents.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Assist with verification, validation, troubleshooting and testing.
• Communicate problems early to the team and propose solutions.
• Drive or participate in troubleshooting with multiple teams and vendors.
