Enterprise Mobility in Halifax, NS is hiring a Temporary Full Time Automotive Detailer at CAD 17.00 per hour. You will wash, sanitize, and prepare vehicles for customer rentals, both interior and exterior, following strict cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/clear prior customer data; check for customer items and Lost & Found; verify registration.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights or damage; pull vehicle from prep as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to and from the branches
• Maintain site appearance including cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance duties: desks, counters, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, training and goal setting
• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Temporary Full Time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $17.00 / hour and is located at 2000 BARRINGTON ST HALIFAX, NS B3J 3K1.

*This is a Temporary Full Time position ending December 31, 2026.*

Must be available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week within branch operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Schedule may vary based on business needs.

You will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle setting to clear prior customer data; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found; verify that registration is present, current and matches the license plate.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
• Assists customers when needed. May transport customers to and from the branches
• Helps maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations
• Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location

Additional Responsibilities

• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers
• Must be available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week within branch operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be at least 18 years old
