Job summary

Fix Auto Uxbridge is seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Body Repairer to join our on-site team in Ontario. The role requires 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, a secondary school diploma, and your MVBR trade certification.

You will estimate repair costs, inspect repairs, plan work, and perform body and interior repairs, including dent removal and frame straightening. Attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma required.
• Motor Vehicle Body Repairer Trade Certification required.

• Inspect repaired vehicles
• Plan repair work to be performed
• Test drive vehicles for proper handling
• Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components
• File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired
• Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers
• Repair or replace interior components
• Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
