Ideal Requirements

• A Minimum of 5 years’ estimating experience is preferred
• Collision experience is an asset
• Experience using estimating software such as Mitchell or Audatex is an asset
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, east, caring, right and clear
• The ability to make decisions using sound judgement
• A team player with a positive attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license is required
