PDR Hail Team Inc. in Calgary, AB seeks an Automobile Dent Remover and Repairer – Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Based in Calgary, you will travel to hailstorm sites across Alberta to assess damage, plan repairs, and perform PDR techniques on body panels.

This short-term, seasonal role runs about 6 months with full-time hours (40–60 per week). Wage starts at $38.00 per hour plus 40% commission per piece, plus performance and retention bonuses. You must own your tools and pass a skills test.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in body repair or Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).
• Owns own tools and able to pass a skills test prior to starting work.
• Willing to travel within Alberta to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Review damage reports and repair estimates to plan work.
• Perform Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) using massaging techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and attend sites as needed.

JOB DETAILS

Work location: Based in Calgary, with travel to various locations in Alberta (exact locations are hailstorm dependent; may be required to work at clients’ lots and pop-up shops throughout Alberta).

Anticipated Start date: Spring/Summer 2026 (exact start date is dependent on when hailstorm events occur).

Terms of Contract: Short-Term/Seasonal Contract; approximately 6 months, depending on the severity of hailstorms.

Hours: Full-Time, 40 to 60 hours per week (hailstorms and workload-dependent), may include mornings, days, and weekends.

Wage: $38.00/Hour + 40% Commissions per Piece + Performance bonus and Retention bonus, per company policy
