Job summary

Hasbro in Longueuil, QC, Canada is seeking a Systems Specialist for a 12‑month maternity leave replacement. You will develop, test, and maintain automated workflows that support product development and asset creation, while ensuring system reliability.

You will collaborate with Digital Content Specialists, fix issues during testing, and build data dashboards to measure team performance. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical mind with the ability to translate complex processes into automated workflows.
• Experience supporting automated workflows for product development or digital assets.
• Comfort with data dashboards and reporting to measure performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and test automated workflows supporting the development of products, digital, and printed assets.
• Support User-Acceptance-Testing of new or updated workflows by fixing errors and implementing testers' change requests.
• Propose and build solutions for day-to-day users to manage workload and measure performance through dashboards.
• Build searches to pull data from systems to support reports for day-to-day users and Data Analysts.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for new system users.
• Collaborate with Digital Content Specialists to maintain an organized and secure systems environment.
• Identify new system features to improve efficiency and share with Process Managers and Digital Content Specialists.
