Capgemini is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer based in the United States to lead automation for web applications and RESTful services. The role emphasizes robust test frameworks, API testing, and cloud-native verification within Agile teams.

The ideal candidate will design scalable automation, collaborate with DevOps, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while supporting cloud migration and modernization efforts. Sponsorship via TN Visa is available for qualified candidates.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building robust automation frameworks for web applications and RESTful services while ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications and REST APIs.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Develop and execute API, UI, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Build and maintain mock services and test environments.
• Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives with a focus on quality assurance.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and drive defect resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Monitor system health and application performance using observability tools.
